Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

  • In new and unused condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Not personalized

  • Earrings are excluded (for hygiene reasons)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
